Trips Administrator Commencing Autumn Term 2026 We are seeking an organised and proactive Trips Administrator to coordinate all aspects of the School's extensive trips programme, including day visits and residential trips. The postholder will manage all aspects of trip administration, from communications, bookings and documentation to financial processes, insurance arrangements and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will help ensure that educational visits are safe, well-organised and delivered efficiently, while maintaining accurate records and supporting the continuous development of the School’s trips programme. Salary: Competitive plus benefits. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. Term Time plus 5 weeks.
