We're looking for an experienced and passionate Thrive Practitioner to join our team and help students develop the social, emotional and behavioural skills they need to access learning, build positive relationships and achieve their potential.
Your Role
As our Thrive Practitioner, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Thrive provision, working closely with the Head of Care, pastoral team and wider staff team to embed the Thrive Approach across the college.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering 1:1, small-group and class-based Thrive sessions
Completing Thrive Online assessments and developing action plans for identified students
Supporting students' social, emotional and behavioural development
Providing therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the Head of Care and therapeutic team
Modelling Thrive, PACE, Emotional Coaching and restorative practices across the college
Providing training, guidance and support to staff to help embed Thrive approaches throughout the service
