Teaching Assistants Contract type: Permanent Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm; 30 mins unpaid lunch break Work pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term time only + 2 days (38.4 weeks) Salary information: Grade 2, Point 8; £21,515 per annum Start date: 1st September 2026 Do you have a passion for working with children? We are looking for someone who has: An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. A positive, enthusiastic approach. A commitment to working as part of a team. A good level of spoken and written English. A dedication to upholding and supporting our Pinner Wood Values. The role will involve: Supporting the class to help children make progress. Assisting children with additional needs within the classroom. Working closely with the class teacher and year group team to secure the very best outcomes for all children – academically, socially, and beyond the curriculum. Leading group interventions.
