The Ellesmere Port Church of England College is a secondary school with an ethos based on Anglican beliefs where we welcome students from all faiths.

The Ellesmere Port C of E College is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person as a Teaching Assistant to support students, alongside teaching staff in the classroom and also to supervise and work closely with smaller groups of students, or individual students, who may need additional support.
You will work within a small team of teaching assistants, so you should work well within a team and have highly developed interpersonal and ICT skills.
The successful candidate should hold Level 2 Literacy / Numeracy / ICT or equivalent. Experience of working within an educational establishment, supporting students with their academic work is essential.
Applicants should also have an understanding of how to break down barriers to enable successful learning to take place within a variety of settings.
