Teaching Assistant (TA3)

Glenleigh Park Primary Academy is looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Reception Class on a fixed term basis helping to inspire and support children as they begin their primary school journey.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing individual who will play a key role within our Early Years team, working closely with the class teacher to create a stimulating, engaging and caring learning environment. You will support children's learning and development, promote their wellbeing, and help them build the confidence, independence and skills they need to thrive.

We would love to hear from you if:

1. you have experience working with children in an Early Years or Primary School setting
2. you are passionate about supporting young children to learn through play, exploration and discovery
3. you are caring, patient, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential
4. you work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families
5. you are dedicated to supporting high standards of learning, development and achievement for all children
