You will: Work closely with teachers and colleagues to create calm, structured, meaningful learning experiences Support pupils individually and in small groups across a range of subjects and activities Help implement personalised timetables, behaviour plans and therapeutic approaches Build strong, trusting relationships that support pupils’ social and emotional development Prepare resources and activities that bring learning to life Join pupils on educational visits, off-site activities and enrichment experiences Keep clear, accurate records that contribute to the wider picture of each child Support with pupil transport for bespoke provisions or planned off-site activities No two days look the same — because our pupils need different things at different times.
