Are you passionate about removing learning barriers and enabling every student to reach their potential? Join us as a Teaching Assistant, working directly with teachers to implement tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups. This varied role spans classroom support, intervention management (including for SEND and EAL students), and helping to develop individualised student support plans.
We are looking for an individual who has high aspirations for students, who is committed, and passionate about learning, who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and shares our single goal of ‘Students First’.
The role of Teaching Assistant across our Academy is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
Working pattern: 34 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks).
