Teaching Assistant - One to One Support

Teaching Assistant (One to One Support) Sherborne Schools Group is seeking to appoint a warm, vibrant and caring Teaching Assistant to support an individual pupil in our Prep setting. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of class teachers and the Head of Learning Support to help promote effective learning and teaching. While their primary place of work will be Sherborne Preparatory School the postholder will also be expected to contribute to and support initiatives across the wider Sherborne Schools Group. From time to time, they may be required to work at other schools or sites within the Group to meet the needs of the business. Hours of Work: Up to 32.5 hours per week to be reviewed termly. Hours of work are likely to be 8.30am – 3.30pm (less half an hour unpaid break daily), Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required on occasion to meet the demands of the post.
