What You’ll Be Doing Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them achieve their individual goals. Assist teachers in delivering engaging, creative and personalised learning experiences. Help pupils develop communication, social, emotional and life skills. Prepare learning resources and create positive, stimulating learning environments. Promote confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing every day. Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to provide consistent support. Support learning both inside and outside the classroom, including enrichment activities and educational visits.
