Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEND team to adapt support strategies and ensure students make sustained progress.
Contributing to the review process for students with additional needs through accurate record-keeping and feedback.
The successful candidate will:
Have recent experience of working with children or young people of a relevant age.
Have experience of supporting learning within an educational or supported learning environment.
Be able to use their own initiative and work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
