The successful candidate will: • Support teaching and learning within the classroom. • Work with individuals and small groups to develop confidence, independence and academic progress. • Provide effective one-to-one support for children requiring additional academic, emotional or pastoral support. • Help create a positive, purposeful and nurturing learning environment. • Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents. • Contribute fully to the wider life of the school community.
