What You'll Be Doing Support pupils with SEMH and additional needs to engage positively in learning. Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and personalised learning activities. Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs. Help create a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment. Encourage pupils to develop confidence, resilience and independence. Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour development. Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom activities. Work collaboratively as part of a passionate multi-disciplinary team focused on achieving the best outcomes for every pupil. About You We're looking for someone who: Holds GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent. Has experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children and young people (SEN experience desirable). Has an interest in supporting pupils with SEMH, Autism Spec
