Monarch Education is working with a secondary school in Bartley Green to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs. Role Overview Provide support to students with SEND, including SEMH needs Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions Plan, prepare, and deliver bespoke intervention programmes Support students with behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation Work with teaching staff to support access to the curriculum Liaise with parents
