Teaching Assistant Level C: Varndean School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and outstanding Teaching Assistant (Level C). 30 Hours per week, term time only. Grade 5 points 13 to 17 - £29,064 - £31,022, actual starting salary: £21,462 We are seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our SEND team as a full-time Literacy Tutor. The role will focus on delivering literacy interventions, supporting students with reading, writing and spelling through targeted one-to-one and small-group programmes. You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based literacy programmes, monitoring progress and helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to access the wider curriculum.
