The role: Teaching Assistant (Level B) - Intervention Team Grade & salary: Grade 4: £24,490 - £26,656 actual salary per annum Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Contract term: Permanent The School: Ashfield School is renowned for high standards of teaching, behaviour and academic achievement. The role: Ashfield School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join the Intervention Team, working with student out of mainstream classes. This role will provide supervision and be responsible for a class of students in the absence of the classroom teacher. The role will manage the behaviour of students and provide support for teachers delivering intervention strategies. The person: The successful candidate with have experience of working with children and young people, and have strong administrative skills. The post holder will need to have sound understanding of how children learn and have the abi
