About this role

The staff and Governing Board are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, highly motivated and hard-working School Sports Co-Ordinator to assist in the delivery of curriculum and after-school sports. With support, you will be responsible for teaching PE across the school and assist in the planning and delivery of our after-school sports programme. You will join a supportive and hard-working team who are committed to developing and improving our current sports provision. The successful, well-qualified candidate will: possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills have experience and be suitably qualified to plan & teach a range of sports have a passion for sport and be able to share this with our pupils be willing to work in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 have high expectations of pupils achievement have vision, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour possess good communication skills be a team player with a positive outlook have the ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors School can offer you: children with outstanding behaviour extensive opportunities for professional development excellent indoor and outdoor facilities a well-organised, high quality environment for teaching and learning.
