With positions available across both our mainstream classrooms and our brand-new, bespoke specialist provision, we are looking for passionate educators who love working with secondary-aged students and want to help shape their futures. No two days are the same. Whether you are working 1-to-1, guiding small groups, or supporting a whole classroom, your presence provides the vital continuity our students need to thrive. Reporting directly to the SENDCO, you will deliver targeted interventions that bridge the gap for our learners - ensuring they can access their education fully from both an academic and welfare perspective. Who You Are Patient, empathetic, and adaptable: You know how to connect with students from all walks of life and adapt to varying needs. Experienced (or eager to grow): Experience delivering small-group interventions or working with young people with Autism in a specialist setting is a huge plus - but a passion for making a difference is what truly matters.
