  • Salary - Support Staff, points 5-6, £10,706 - £10,876 actual pa (£26,427 - £26,847 FTE)
  • Fixed Term until 31 August 2027
  • Part Time
  • 17.5 hours per week
  • Term time plus 1 week

Your mornings will be varied and impactful, focusing on both general classroom assistance and targeted support:

  • Targeted Interventions: Delivering structured 1:1 or small group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy+ to help close attainment gaps as well as focused provision for children with SEN
  • In-Class Support: Working alongside the Class Teacher to ensure all children can access the curriculum
  • Progress Tracking: Monitoring student responses during interventions and providing feedback to the teacher to help shape future planning.
  • Resource Preparation: Creating bespoke learning aids to support children with specific learning needs (SEN)
  • Social & Emotional Support: building relationships and supporting children to regulate and focus
