You'll support pupils with a range of needs, helping them build confidence, independence and positive relationships, while ensuring their wellbeing is always at the heart of everything you do. ✨ What You'll Be Doing 🧡 Supporting Pupils Build positive, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe and engaged Support behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development Assist with personal care when required, including hygiene and mealtime support Promote independence, inclusion, and high expectations for all learners 📚 Supporting Learning Assist teachers in delivering engaging, tailored learning activities Reinforce key concepts and provide additional explanation where needed Prepare learning resources and adapt activities to suit individual needs 📈 Monitoring Progress Provide feedback on pupil behaviour, progress, and engagement Help track learning and contribute to assessment records Work collaboratively with teachers, parents/carers, and external professionals 🤝 Being Part of the Team Work closely with colleagues to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum Take part in training, development, and school activities Contrib
