Teaching Assistant Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)
The role is a Maternity Cover, Term-Time plus 15 days working in the school holidays only role
Monday to Friday: (08:15am – 16:45pm)
Salary from: Depending on experience. Plus, a central London allowance of £1000 per annum.

What the role involves:
The Teaching Assistant Co-ordinator role is varied and can include recruitment, performance appraisals, managing performance, monitoring attendance, organising and communicating, providing training, organising daily cover and timetables, conducting daily corridor checks, etc. All these duties will be completed with the continued support and guidance of the Lead Learning Support Assistant Co-ordinator and Euston Leads. You may be required to provide ad-hoc or dedicated 1:1 support to specific children and also to provide whole-class support in lessons.

Confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for learning.
Experience of delivering a modified KS 1- 4 curriculum through multisensory methods.
Excellent English skills (clear written and spoken English) along with good reading, writing and numeracy skills.
The ability to build good working relationships with children, learning support assistants, teachers, parents and carers.
Experience of working with children with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly children on the Autism Spectrum.
Ability to manage groups of children and cope with challenging behaviour are desirable for the role.
