Teaching Assistant
Salary: Grade 4, Point 4 - 5: £17,231 -£17,504 pro-rata (30 hours) (£25,185 – £25,583 FTE)
Contract: Term time only + 2 INSET Days
Term: One year (in the first instance)
Hours: Full time (30 hours per week) and part time available
Starting date: 1st September 2026, or by negotiation
Reporting to: Assistant Headteacher: SENDCO & Interventions
The school requires enthusiastic, hardworking and positive Teaching Assistants to start ideally in June 2026. The role involves supporting students with diverse needs across various subjects and year groups. Those appointed should have a good rapport with children and work well within a team. Prior experience, although advantageous, is not necessary, as a full training programme is available. Flexible start / end times may also be available.
