Teaching Assistant (Behaviour/Guidance/Support) Hours of work – 8:45 - 15:45 Salary: Scale – 5 (Level 3) £30,470 approx. Term time only Coldfall Primary School is looking to recruit two experienced, resilient and compassionate HLTA’s who are committed to making a real difference for the children who will attend our new Alternative Resource Base (ARB), starting in September 2026. You will be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. You will be working closely with the SENDCO and wider support team to deliver targeted learning and lead small group sessions. This is an ideal role for someone who is ambitious to develop their specialist skills, knowledge and career in SEND support.
