We are therefore looking for candidates who are committed to securing high standards and raising academic attainment for all students. As a TA for the Art Department you will lead in supporting the school’s dedicated team of Art teachers in preparing for practical lessons for students and then supporting students in classes. The main responsibilities of the TA role will be preparation of resources for art lessons and supporting in class both with individual students and small groups under the teacher’s guidance. Previous experience of supporting secondary-aged students would be desirable but is not essential. You must have good literacy and numeracy skills.
