Work alongside teachers to deliver creative, engaging and personalised learning experiences. Encourage pupils' communication, confidence, emotional wellbeing and independence. Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), Communication Profiles and personalised learning strategies.
