This role does not offer sponsorship. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils engage with learning and feel supported every step of the way. Working closely with teachers and the wider school team, you’ll support classroom learning, help prepare engaging activities and provide encouragement that helps pupils grow academically, socially and emotionally. This is a truly rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll see first-hand the difference your support makes as pupils gain confidence and achieve things they once thought impossible. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils in small groups to help them access learning Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation Promoting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment Helping pupils develop social skills and positive behaviours Supporting a range of activities across the school day Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to have years of experience - what matters most is your passion, patience, and determination to make a difference.
