The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Applicants are therefore required to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are ‘spent’), except those which are ‘protected’ under the DBS filtering rules, in order to assess their suitability to work with children. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application. Candidates will be required to provide appropriate documentation as evidence of their right to work during the recruitment process, in line with UK Visas and Immigration requirements. DETAILS OF THE POST We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and qualified Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team. The successful candidate may be required to work in EYFS, Keys Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, therefore applicants should have a relevant and recognised Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Childcare.
