You will need:
Experience of working with young people (11years +)
The confident to assist students on an individual basis and in small group/whole class work
Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage young people
The ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence
Enthusiasm for supporting students with differing needs/ability
Knowledge of the diverse demands of working in a multi-cultural environment
