This role will focus on supporting students within the Key Stage 3 curriculum, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment. Position: Teaching Assistant (Teacher's Aide/Education Assistant) Department: Learning Support and Enrichment Education Stage: Secondary (Key Stage 3/4) Experience: No previous experience required Hours for this role are - 30.5 hours a week term time based (39 weeks) Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant at Rivers Academy, you will work closely with teachers to support student learning and development. You will assist with classroom activities, provide one-to-one or small group support for students who need extra help, and contribute to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
