Tadley Court School are recruiting for a Teaching and Learning Support Leads (Primary) to join our education team! We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching and Learning Support Leads, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across an assigned key stage. The successful candidates will work alongside the relevant Phase Lead, embedding teaching and learning and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, staff and parents acting as a role model and responding to individual needs. You will be responsible for a group of teaching assistants providing support, guidance, mentoring, coaching, supervision and appraisal.
