Creating a purposeful, supportive classroom environment where students feel a sense of belonging. Collaborating with colleagues to model best practice and to continually improve the life chances of the students you work with Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to contribute to the development of SEND within internal provisions and the wider school.
