We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Prospect House Primary Specialist School This is a permanent, full time role on Teaching terms offering MPS-UPS plus SEN allowance, to start on 1st September 2026. The Opportunity As our pupil numbers increase, we are seeking an experienced and confident SEN teacher who is ready to contribute to and help shape our high-quality specialist provision in a growing school. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who: Has substantial experience working with pupils with severe, profound and/or complex learning difficulties Understands communication needs, sensory regulation and personalised curriculum design Is passionate about embedding an “I can do” culture Wants to influence practice beyond their own classroom Thrives in a collaborative, reflective and values-driven environment Demonstrates consistently strong classroom practice Can be reflective, resilient and solutions-focused Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionals Contributes to whole-school improvement and collaborative working You must believe, as we do, that every child can achieve.
