Join Us as Teacher
At the National Autistic Society, we provide services that support autistic children and young people. We are looking for teachers who value more than test scores. We recognise progress through confidence, wellbeing, positive relationships, and small but meaningful achievements.
We believe learning works best when children feel safe, understood, and respected.
Building trust and connection comes before delivering lessons.
About the School
Radlett Lodge School is a specialist school for autistic children with learning difficulties. We have smaller class sizes (typically 5-8 pupils) helping to build important relationships.
We provide a calm, supportive, and structured environment. We use creative and flexible approaches to teaching and care.
We believe that every child can make progress in ways that are right for them. Each day may look different. Every day is important, and every child matters.
