To be successful you will need to:

· Be qualified to teach Science at KS3, KS4 (KS5 Biology/Physics with A-level opportunities).
· Possess outstanding teaching ability

· Have high expectations of yourself and be a role model to others
· Be determined to play a pivotal part in the Science Department
