Brampton Manor Academy is seeking to appoint a highly committed Teacher of Science to join our successful and well-established Science department from September 2026.
Science is a core subject at Key Stages 3 and 4, and one of the most popular subject areas at Key Stage 5. We teach the AQA specification at both GCSE and A Level, with strong outcomes and high levels of student progression to science-based degrees at Russell Group universities, including Oxbridge.
We welcome applications from teachers who are able to:
▪teach Science to Key Stages 3 and 4;
▪teach across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5; or
▪specialise in A Level Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
The department is well resourced, highly collaborative and academically ambitious. You will be joining colleagues who believe firmly that there are no limits to what students can achieve through effort, discipline and excellent teaching.
This role would suit an ECT or an experienced teacher, including candidates seeking to broaden their experience in a high-performing inner-city school. A TLR and/or recruitment allowance may be available for a suitably experienced applicant.
