As a Psychology Teacher at GEMS Al Barsha National School, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote a deep understanding of psychological theories and their real-world applications. Beyond the classroom, you will play an active role in the wider school community, contributing to co-curricular activities, school events, and ongoing curriculum development. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Psychology lessons that inspire and engage students across different ability levels. Develop students’ understanding of key psychological concepts, research methods, and ethical considerations. Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and curiosity through engaging and thought-provoking learning experiences. Assess, record, and report on student progress, using data to inform planning and differentiation. Maintain an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners and promotes academic excellence. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative schemes of work and share best practice. Communicate effectively with parents to provide regular updates on progress and achievement. Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and co-curricular activities.
