Queen Elizabeth’s Girls’ School seeks to appoint a passionate, creative and committed Teacher of Music to join our successful and forward-looking department from September 2026.
We are looking for a teacher who can inspire students through engaging, high-quality classroom practice and contribute to the vibrant musical life of the school. The ability to teach another subject area is essential, and we welcome applicants with flexibility and enthusiasm for contributing across the wider curriculum.
The successful candidate will be:
· Highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed to enabling every student to succeed
· Skilled in teaching Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
· A confident musician with strong practical and theoretical knowledge
· Able to contribute to extracurricular musical activities, such as performances, ensembles or clubs
· A reflective practitioner who values collaboration and professional growth
