Qualities and Experience: an ability to deliver music in an ordered and imaginative way. excellent keyboard skills the ability to communicate ideas and information clearly adaptability to a variety of teaching situations. astute judgement in assessing work and pupils. decisiveness in classroom control. co-operation when working as part of a team. a sense of perspective. a sense of humour. punctuality and good organisational skills reliability among colleagues Th successful candidate will assist the Director of Music with rehearsing the numerous ensembles throughout the school. They will teach Key Stage 3 classes through to A Level and take an active role in the provision of an extensive public performance programme.
