The role can be offered part time or full time, with a minimum of three days per week, making it ideal for both experienced teachers and those looking for greater flexibility. As part of Bordesley Multi Academy Trust, Birchensale works closely with Trinity High School, Woodfield Academy and Holyoakes Field First School within a highly collaborative, localised three-tier system.
