The teacher of MFL with Spanish specialism will deliver high-quality teaching across the Senior School, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment in which all students are supported and challenged to achieve their full potential. The role requires a passionate and reflective practitioner who can contribute to an exciting international school community, uphold high academic standards, and promote a love of their subject with students. The successful candidate will play a key role in the curriculum delivery, student progress and the wider life of the school, supporting both academic excellence and student wellbeing. It is expected that the successful candidate will teach Spanish and French from KS1 to KS2, and Spanish from KS3 through GCSE to A level. They will also assume a tutor role in line with all teachers at Claremont. Teachers at Claremont also have opportunities to share their wider interests through a developed co-curricular programme that is integrated into the school week. The successful candidate is to carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with Claremont’s policies under the direction of the Principal.
