ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Delivery: Plan and prepare engaging, industry-relevant courses and lessons Adaptive Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to the specific educational needs of the pupils assigned to you. Assessment & Feedback: Set and mark work completed in School and elsewhere, providing constructive feedback that helps pupils refine their craft. Progress Monitoring: Meticulously assess, record, and report on pupil development and attainment in strict accordance with School policy. Mentoring: Collaborate with pupils and parents to set ambitious, achievable short-term learning targets that take prior attainment into account. The
