You will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that do not just meet the National Curriculum but bring it to life. ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Delivery: Plan and prepare engaging, industry-relevant courses and lessons Adaptive Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to the specific educational needs of the pupils assigned to you Assessment & Feedback: Set and mark work completed in school and elsewhere, providing constructive feedback that helps pupils refine their craft Progress Monitoring: Meticulously assess, record, and report on pupil development and attainment in strict accordance with school policy Mentoring: Collaborate with pupils and parents to set ambitious, achievable short-term learning targets that take prior attainment into account The successful candidate must hold their Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
