The RoleDual-Discipline Excellence: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in both English and Mathematics exclusively at the Key Stage 3 level. Curriculum Alignment: Implement and deliver a curriculum closely aligned with the UK National Curriculum, ensuring students build the precise skills needed for a seamless transition into their IGCSE studies (KS4). Foundational Leadership: Guide younger students through the mechanics of analytical reading, writing, algebraic reasoning, and mathematical problem-solving under a unified approach to academic discipline. Creative Innovation: Utilize our well-resourced departments and digital tools to bring both text and numbers to life, catering to diverse learning styles within the lower school. The Ideal CandidateQualified Generalist/Middle School Specialist: Holds a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and a strong degree in English, Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.
