The successful candidate will have the skills to ensure excellent teaching and learning, will promote high standards, and will show a commitment to pupil progress. Public exam results are very strong, and History is a popular A Level subject. All members of staff at St Catherine’s are expected to be supportive of the aims and ethos of a Catholic school and to share responsibility for pastoral care and the co-curricular programme.
