Job Description:
As a Teacher of Geography, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that develop students’ knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm for geography. You will contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and support student progress within the department.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong interest in geography with relevant academic qualifications (degree or equivalent) in Geography or related subject.
- Ability to plan and deliver lessons tailored to Key Stage 4 learners.
- Good communication skills with both students and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new teaching methods and participate in professional development.
- Basic understanding of classroom management techniques.
- Enthusiasm for working with young people from diverse backgrounds.
