TEACHER OF ENGLISH WITH POSSIBLE LEADERSHIP ROLE

The Governors of this very successful Catholic High School wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Teacher of English to join our strong and dedicated English Department. The department consists of seven members of staff led by a Curriculum Leader and supported by a Lead Teacher. The department has a vibrant mix of innovative and traditional teaching, with lesson observations demonstrating that standards among the team are very high; however, this does not mean that the team isn’t committed to further improvements. The department has a strong sense of team spirit and mutual support, as well as a passion for their subject and a commitment to deliver a curriculum that allows each pupil to reach his or her potential.
