TEACHER OF ENGLISH (0.6 FTE)

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Teacher of English to join our vibrant school community. This is a wonderful opportunity for a teacher who believes that English goes far beyond exams. You will inspire students to develop a love of reading, writing and language, confidence in self-expression and critical thinking skills, all within a supportive and well-resourced department.
The successful candidate will:

The academy will undertake stringent and rigorous checks of identity and qualifications to ensure that we maintain the very highest standards of child protection for our students. The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. In line with KCSiE, the academy will be carrying out online searches on shortlisted candidates as part of due diligence. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete the confidential disclosure form and bring it to interview.
