The Abraham Lincoln School La Romana is looking to appoint a teacher of English and French, to join our talented and dedicated team of educators from September 2026.

About the School
Founded in 1917, the Abraham Lincoln School is a historic institution owned by the Central Romana Corporation. We are a co-educational day school with approximately 480 students (aged 4–18) and a dedicated staff of 40 teachers, the majority of whom are British.

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic educator to join our Language Department. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Key Stage 3: Delivering engaging English and French lessons that lay the foundation for advanced study.
Key Stage 4 (IGCSE): Teaching English and French to IGCSE level, up to Year 10.
Person Specification
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in either English or French (or a closely related field) from the UK or Ireland and a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS).
Experience: A minimum of two year
