We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative English teacher with a passion for their subject and a commitment to high quality teaching; they will have excellent subject knowledge and commitment to continually develop it. Each member of our department is seen as an integral part of the team, working together sharing ideas and developing resources cohesively. The successful candidate will have the capacity to bring innovative ideas to the classroom and show a strong record of raising student attainment through their teaching. · Teach from KS3 to A Level in, ideally, both Language and Literature

The English Department is a strong department that is well respected within our school. The department believe in mixed ability teaching at all levels from KS3 up to KS5. We have a history of strong examination results at GCSE and A Level in both English Language and English Literature.
