About this role
Claremont is seeking a Teacher of Economics and Business to join our school in January 2027. The Economics and Business department is a thriving and highly successful area of the school, with strong uptake at both GCSE and A level. At GCSE, there are currently four classes across Years 10 and 11. At A level, over half of each year group typically studies either Economics or Business. Results in both disciplines are outstanding, with very strong value-added.
We are looking for a teacher who can:
Deliver high-quality lessons that challenge, support and engage learners of all abilities
Contribute fully to the academic, co-curricular and pastoral life of the school
Teach Economics and Business up to Year 13
Curriculum leadership experience would be an advantage, but aspiring leaders are also encouraged to apply.
