As a Teacher of Design and Technology (DT) at Harton Academy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding DT education to students at all stages of their secondary journey, including sixth form. Your expertise will help shape engaging learning experiences and drive achievement across the curriculum. The ability to teach in more than one DT specialism would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver dynamic DT lessons that engage and challenge students of varying abilities across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Foster student progress by utilising a range of formative and summative assessment strategies, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
Ensure comprehensive coverage of the DT curriculum, equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need for success in examinations and beyond.
